Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipForge: AI Video Studio ("ClipForge", "we", "us", or "our") and related services. ClipForge is an AI video studio designed to help users build story-driven videos from scratch using AI scene generation.
By downloading, accessing, or using ClipForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ClipForge provides tools intended to help users turn text-based story ideas and scene directions into AI-generated video scenes and story-driven videos. Features may change, be updated, or be unavailable from time to time.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of ClipForge and for the information and content you submit, create, save, share, or publish through the service. You agree to:
- follow applicable laws and regulations;
- submit only content you own or are authorized to use;
- respect the privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, and other rights of others;
- review AI-generated results before relying on, saving, publishing, or sharing them; and
- use the service responsibly and not attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use ClipForge to create, request, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, exploitative, or infringing. You must not impersonate others without authorization, violate rights in a person’s likeness or creative work, or create or distribute content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
4. Your content and AI-generated output
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to process your submitted instructions and content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and support ClipForge.
AI-generated output is created automatically from your direction and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable for a particular purpose, or otherwise unexpected. You are responsible for evaluating output and obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use. Do not represent output as independently verified when it is not.
5. Intellectual property
ClipForge and its software, branding, interface, and service materials are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no right or license is granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the service except where applicable law permits such activity.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of ClipForge when reasonably necessary for operation, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if use creates a security or legal concern, or if required to protect the service or others. You may stop using ClipForge at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that ClipForge will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations or be fit for a particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from user-submitted or AI-generated content.
9. Payments and accounts
These Terms do not describe subscriptions, in-app purchases, credits, refunds, or account services because those features have not been confirmed for the current product scope. Any such feature must be governed by applicable platform terms and an updated version of these Terms before it is offered.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
